What is the monthly “jackpot”?
Each affiliate who triggers a sale with a merchant partner of XiNEK receives a commission from the merchant. 5% of each commission is used to feed a common pot that is shared by the best sellers at the end of each month. At the beginning of the following month, the pot is reset to 0 and increases as commissions are paid to all members during that month. At the end of that month, it is again split between the best sellers, and so on.
Who can win the monthly “jackpot”?
Any Xinek affiliate can win a portion of the common pot. At the end of each month, a ranking of vendors is made. Best Sellers can then share the common pot of the month just ended. At the beginning of each month, the Jackpot is set to 0, like the common pot. The ranking does therefore take into account only sales made during the running month.
How do you calculate the distribution of “The monthly Jackpot” among the best sellers?
The best sellers are elected on the basis of turnover they have generated among Xinek’s merchants- partners. Once these sellers are identified, 2 criteria are taken into account to calculate their share of “monthly jackpot”
- the turnover they have realized
- the number of godchildren Level 1 they have recruited
These two criteria have the same level of importance.
Example:
An Affiliate performs 100.00$ for direct sales. The sum of direct sales that affiliates are eligible for is $ 1.000,00. This affiliate has 6 godchildren Level 1 and the total number of Level 1 godchildren affiliates participating in the competition is 30.
The total monthly commission of the network is $ 100.000,00.
TOTAL AMOUNT OF the MONTHLY JACKPOT = =100.000, 00 x 5%= 5.000,00 $;
TION OF THE PRIME = [(100.00 $ / 1.000,00 $) x 0.5 + (6 / 30) x 0.5] x 5.000,00 = $ 750.00;
the affiliate will receive the sum of $ 750.00 on his Xinek account
NOTE: at the beginning of each month, XiNEK determines the number of members who will be able to share the amount of “the monthly jackpot.” This figure will be communicated together with the amount of the “monthly Jackpot” in the left-hand box provided for that purpose. We will only post your last name, that state you reside in, and your total amount of earnings.
